UP FURNACE CO., LTD. was founded in 2018, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SHENDA ELECTRIC GROUP CO.,LTD, specializes in R&D, manufacturing, installation, maintenance and transformation of electric furnace products and EPC contracting business of metallurgical engineering. It is an emerging company for various large-scale steelmaking electric arc furnaces, ladle refining furnaces and large non-standard heat treatment furnace and other products in China.
Design and manufacturing capability:
1.Steelmaking electric arc furnace: the main equipment for smelting scrap steel, currently widely used three-phase AC arc smelting, there are three kinds of power configuration of ordinary power, high power and ultra-high power, rated capacity from 1.5t to 150t.
2.Ladle refining furnace: including LF, VD, VOD, VAD, RH and other furnace types, the most commonly used is LF ladle refining furnace, rated capacity from 10t to 300t.
3.Submerged arc furnace: mainly includes ferrosilicon furnace, ferromanganese furnace, ferrochromium furnace, ferronickel furnace, calcium carbide furnace, industrial silicon furnace, etc. The power is from 6300KVA to 48000KVA.
Steel plant cooperation with Shenda
Rectifier transformers are combined with a diode or thyristor rectifier. The applications range from very large aluminum electrolysis to various small and medium size operations. The transformers may have a built-in or separate voltage regulation unit for direct output regulation of diode rectifiers , and correspondingly a power factor improvement with a thyristor rectifiers.

Main structure features and protection
1.Wire inlet and outlet type: Wire inlet from the top tank cover, secondary wire outlet from side (inside delta)
2.Structure:Oil tank is cover type, core hanging free structure
3.Water cooler adopts stainless bolt spiral plate water cooler
4.Secondary wire leading out: Each phase of transformer has 4 water cooler tube
5.Oil tank uses folded plate, has advantages as high mechanical strength, good appearance, few welding line and no leakage
6.Sealing: secondary wire-out terminals adopt epoxy casting resin structure, Magnetic separation of double pressed plate, to make sure no leakage from wire-out terminals. Tank rim and hand hole adopt one formation acrylate rubber gasket which resistant high temperature, oil resistant, resistant to oxidation to make sure no leakage from sealing cover.
7.Oil drain valve is high quality copper valve. Butterfly valve for cooler is vacuum type.
8.Oil conservator: Full sealed oil conservator with rubber bag matched with magnetic type oil level gauge
9.Terminal box: Stainless material
10. Gas relay on the main oil tank for fault alarm, fault trip; adopts pointer type oil level gauge to indicate the high or low oil level alarm; Gas relay on On-load tap changer for fault trip; temperature thermometer adopts BWY-802A(4-20mA) has remote connector with display when oil temperature overheat will deliver alarm signal; pressure relief valve will deliver trip signal when the tank pressure is too high,
