Introductions:
Referring to and integrated advantages of IF Melting Furnace both domestically and internationally and based on the principle of rational structure, advanced technology, practical and reliable and easy repairing, we developed the Constant Power Digit-Control IF Electric Furnace. It has obvious effect on energy-saving comparing to Common Cable Line which can save the power consumption around 5%; Since there is less connecting line, the failure rate can be reduced by 90%, which is simple for debugging or repairing.

(2)Can be melt directly from Cold Furnace, easy for variety replacement
(3)Exquisite coil design, superior thick-walled copper cube together with reasonable interims, make the induction coil will works with highest convention efficiency and lowest resistivity, which will concentrate more power for heating and melting; With high intensity, it's not easy for coils be damaged by Electric Arc or Expansion Force.
(4)The Support System make each circle and each turn of the coil strong and firm, which will ease the possibility of In-turn Short Circuit and over the Electromagnetic Impetus, thus to greatly increase the service age for furnace liner.
· Electrical Feature:
1. Digital CMOS chip (U. S. ASIC-2-12), with the highest degree of integration at home, is used in control circuit, the overall machine controlled through one single panel;
2. Frequency-sweep zero voltage start, high success rate, no shock;
3. Automatic resistance adjustment, permanent power output, 10-20% energy saved in comparison with domestic traditional machine of the type;
4. Auto phase sequence adaptation, free of synchronization;
5. Good performance in reload staring, auto recovery;

Transformer Characteristics
Winding .
The winding must be especially protected - both against high electrical stress due to
external over voltages and against mechanical overloads by short circuits. They are made of copper or aluminum. Low-voltage windings are made of strip or flat wire while
high voltage windings are manufactured from round or profile wire. ("diamond-dotted paper") bonds the winding into a compact block
while drying and increases the short-circuit capacity additionally.
Magnetic Core lamination.
The three-limb iron core is made of oblique cut Grain-oriented, seven-step silicon steel lamination insulated on both sides,
guaranteeing low losses and low noise. These values are even improved by laser treatment. It is protected on the surface with a
flash-proof varnish in order to prevent the sheet from corrosion and to reduce the noise.
Oil tank.
Whether during transport or operation -the tank must be absolutely tight under mechanical stress. We have vast constructional experience, the most modern calculation methods and high-quality welding work. Special attention is paid to
corrosion protection. Pretreatment of the surface is processed by phosphating pickling, contributes to corrosion protection, just
like multi-coating with preset drying times for each layer. On request, hot-dip galvanization provides for even better protection
Test lab
Testing are conducted for every transformer before delivery.Tests are classified to be routine tests and type test.
A - Routine tests: According to IEC 60076 standard , the following tests must be carried out for all units of the transformers
a- Measurement of winding resistance .
b- Measurement of voltage ratio and check of phase displacement.
c- Measurement of short circuit impedance and load losses.
d-Measurement of no-load losses and current .
e-Dielectric routine tests including the separate source AC voltage withstanding test and short duration induced over voltage withstanding test ( ACSD ) .
B - Type tests :
The following tests shall be carried out
a- Temperature rise test
b- Lightning impulse test
C - Special tests :
a- Determination of noise level according to IEC 60551 .
b- Oil leakage test
c- Overload test at 150 % rated current for one hour after temperature rise test ( top oil temperature rise and winding temperature rise must be measured and recorded in the report test also hot spot temperature rise must be calculated and recorded on the report test ) .
d- Short Circuit Dynamic stability Test (test report from independent and accredited laboratory for similar transformer will be accepted).
